1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using atlgrail.com (the “Site”), or by buying, selling, or trading through ATL Grail (“ATL Grail,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase, sell an item, or create an account on the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Authentication or verification data from third-party services we use to validate items
Fraud-prevention and identity-verification data from payment or shipping partners

3. Products & Authenticity

All items listed for sale have been inspected and authenticated by our team prior to listing, using manufacturer specifications, serial records, and recognized authentication methods.
Condition descriptions and photographs are provided in good faith to accurately represent each item’s actual state. Minor variations in color or finish may occur due to photography and screen display.
In the rare event an item is later found not to be authentic, ATL Grail will offer a full refund upon return of the item. Contact us immediately at jasonhjordan@me.com if you believe this applies to your purchase.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice until an order is completed.
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase, processed through our third-party payment provider.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailable inventory. If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

5. Selling, Trading & Consignment

If you submit an item to ATL Grail for sale, trade, or valuation:

Valuations provided are estimates based on the information and images you submit, and are subject to change upon physical inspection of the item.
Submission of an item for evaluation does not guarantee purchase or acceptance. We reserve the right to decline any item, including items we cannot authenticate.
Ownership — by submitting an item, you confirm that you are the rightful owner (or authorized to sell on the owner’s behalf) and that the item is not stolen, counterfeit, or encumbered by any lien or claim.
Payment for accepted items will be issued according to the terms communicated to you at the time of acceptance — [Insert details: timing, method (bank transfer, store credit, etc.), and whether this is an outright purchase or consignment with a payout upon resale].

6. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. ATL Grail is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control.
Risk of loss and title for purchased items passes to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier, unless otherwise required by law.
High-value items may require a signature upon delivery and/or additional insurance, which will be noted at checkout.

7. Returns & Refunds

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at jasonhjordan@me.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and the ATL Grail name and branding — is the property of ATL Grail or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without our prior written permission.

Third-party brand names and trademarks referenced on the Site (e.g. the names of watch and handbag manufacturers) are the property of their respective owners and are used solely to accurately describe genuine, resold items. ATL Grail is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by these brands unless explicitly stated.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information when buying, selling, or trading
Attempt to interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Site
Scrape, copy, or reproduce Site content without permission

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ATL Grail shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any transaction conducted through it. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the item giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ATL Grail harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in USA.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
